How to prevent virus

Use sanitizer

Rub the hand sanitizer all over your hands, making sure to get between your fingers and on the back of your hands. Do not wipe or rinse off the hand sanitizer before it is dry. Do not use hand sanitizer if your hands are visibly dirty or greasy.

Maintain safe distance

COVID-19 spreads mainly among people who are in close contact (within about 6 feet) for a prolonged period. When going out in public, it is important to stay at least 6 feet away from other people to slow the spread of the virus.

Don't touch your face

To help prevent infections, keep your hands away from your eyes, nose, and mouth especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Why? These mucous membranes are a portal of entry for germs that cause respiratory infections, including COVID-19.

Wash your hands

We can help stop the spread of COVID-19 by washing our hands regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds – especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after coughing, sneezing, or blowing our nose.

Use napkin

Coughing and sneezing without using a napkin has always been considered as very bad etiquette and more so, if attempted in full public view without covering your mouth with disposable tissue or napkin.

Wear a mask

Masks are a simple barrier to help prevent your respiratory droplets from reaching others. Studies show that masks reduce the spray of droplets when worn over the nose and mouth. You should wear a mask, even if you do not feel sick.
